On the Internet Explorer Toolbar, click on TOOLS... then:
Click on INTERENET OPTIONS... then:
Click on the SECURITY tab ....then:
Choose: CUSTOM LEVEL ... and then drill down to...
'Initalize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe,' then:
Mark it: ENABLED.
If you unable to see video, or get a message about blocking ActiveX, you might have to configuration your Internet Explorer as follows:
If the Video gets stuck, or the image gets weird... Refresh the Browser!
This is not a commercial Website. It is completely safe from Virus, and tracking cookies. Nothing bad can happen to your computer.
If this is your first visit, the camera might ask you to accept a directX instruction. ( This is necessary only once ), Your computer needs to be recognized by the camera for you to control it.
There might be a security warning appear, disregard this.. That's just so Bill Gates and Microsoft can disinvolve any resposibility for anything you do with your computer. ( It's for his protection, not yours! )
Click through and accept the instructions in order to see, or control the Cam. You can pan and move the camera by clicking on the image, and zoom it in and out with your mouse wheel. Great fun !
When the snow is gone this camera will be mounted on the deck for a more comprehensive view of the lagoon. ( too damn cold now )
