For almost two decades, the Shards have been cruising internationally aboard their self-built Classic 37 sloop, ' Two-Step ', documenting their adventures through television documentaries, videos, books, magazine articles and the internet. Since 1989 they now have 40,000 miles under their keel and have visited 40 countries around the Atlantic Ocean, Caribbean and Mediterranean Seas.

Paul and Sheryl live and work here in Lagoon City when not cruising the high seas.

Even after visiting some very exotic countries and locations, they return to their Canadian home, which is itself a very special place, to be sure.
